What are your fees?
For landlords: one month’s rent (excl. VAT) on successful letting. The WWS Quick Scan is always free. For tenants: we charge a search service fee — contact us for details.
Do you speak English?
Yes — our entire team works in English. All contracts, communications and viewings can be handled in English for our international clients.
How quickly can I move in?
It depends on availability, but we typically match tenants within 7–21 days. Premium properties in Amsterdam can be arranged faster via our off-market network.
